https://www.euraxess.fr/jobs/432535

The research project « Legal Framework for Minors’ Digital Activities: Interdisciplinary Research Focused on the Process of Autonomisation – ENUMINE », funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) from 2025 to 2028, brings together scholars from information and communication sciences, management sciences, and legal sciences to strengthen the legal protection of minors in digital environments.

The successful candidate will be integrated into Work Package (WP) 4, under the supervision of Tanja PETELIN. The objective of this WP is to formulate policy recommendations for public authorities based on the interdisciplinary findings produced across the project.

The core task will involve analysing the range of legal mechanisms available to protect minors in digital spaces, in line with the project’s approach centred on fostering their progressive autonomy. The research will draw primarily on the European Union legal framework — including ongoing legislative initiatives — as well as on the approaches adopted by individual Member States, with additional consideration given to relevant third-country models.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary consortium of researchers from the Universities of Poitiers and Paris 8, and will liaise with institutions involved in protecting the interests of minors.
